- Thursday: from 10:30 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.
- Thursday: from 11:10 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.
- Saturday from 9:40 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
- Saturday from 10:20 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the facility after 3:00 p.m.
Access to the gym, group classes, sauna, and steam room is restricted for children.
