2. Cancellation of reservation: Each visitor can cancel the reserved place via the link received upon confirmation of the reservation, up to 4 hours before the practice.
3. Cancellation later: Up to 2 hours before the start of the practice, it can be canceled only by direct contact with the studio.
4. Failure to cancel or no-show: If the practitioner does not cancel their reservation and does not show up, a fee of 21.00 EUR / 41.07 BGN is charged, which is paid at the next visit.
5. Limitation on accumulated debts: If 2 unpaid debts for no-show accumulate, the possibility of new reservations is blocked until they are paid off.
